Great care was taken by all involved in creating the website of Unique Tours & Safaris to provide you with correct information to the largest possible extent. To the best of our knowledge, the content was up-to-date when the site went online in July 2010, and we will endeavour to keep it this way as far as possible.

However, please be aware that the tourism industries of the Southern African countries we deal with are constantly evolving, if not the countries themselves. As in the remainder of the world, change is the only constant factor. So we see new service providers, new sightseeing opportunities, new routes to travel, etc. appearing almost on a daily basis - and occasionally, facilities change or change hands or are closed down without anyone getting informed.

We therefore need to stipulate here that on this site, all factual information about activities and excursions, accommodation establishments, car rental companies, places of interest, and tour offers of other companies is presented by us, as provided/published elsewhere by the respective service provider/organisation responsible. For this reason, Unique Tours & Safaris cannot be held liable for any wrong/omitted/outdated information in this respect.

Please rest assured though that each booking made on behalf of a customer will be treated with the utmost care and attention. We would like you, our customer, to be able to enjoy your Southern African safari experiences with peace of mind when you travel with Unique Tours & Safaris.
