Afrika Farm
Ondekaremba
The farm Ondekaremba measures 7.300 hectares and boasts a 100-year
old family tradition. Shortly after touching down you are met by the
peace and quiet of Africa’s wide open spaces. Go and visit Windhoek
from here and you won’t have to forgo the charm of scenery and
unspoilt nature. And when it’s time for you to depart, you will
still be able to enjoy your holiday right up to the last minute.
“Ondekaremba” means “the place where grazing is good”. Thanks to
this, combined with numerous watering places, you can explore on
game drives or on hiking trails. The lovely garden with landscaped

Meals made to a large extent of own products are prepared in the
farm kitchen and served on the open-air verandas, as a picnic in the

Airport Lodge is a small, cosy and by a typical African atmosphere
surrounded lodge. The lodge is situated nearby the International
airport Hosea Kutako (22 km) and Windhoek (25 km). Situated on top
of a hill, the area provides great sceneries. The lodge offers 6

Düsternbrook Guestfarm
Düsternbrook is situated on a mountain with a breath taking view
overlooking a dry wide riverbed and a waterhole, is the first and
oldest guest farm in Namibia. The historical old farm house, built
in colonial style and out of natural stone, is nestled at the foot
of the Khomas Highland Mountains and the surrounding African
savannah. The ranch is situated on the old ox wagon road which
formed the main supply route from the coast (Walvis Bay) to the
interior, called Bay road. On game drives you will see Giraffe,
Zebra, Ostrich, Wildebeest, Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Warthog, Hartebeest,
Impala and Steenbok.
Accommodation offered at Düsternbrook: "Felsenhaus" is the
guesthouse with expended scenery overlooking our riverbed. This
guesthouse holds 2 luxurious rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Both rooms have a terrace on the opposite side for plenty of
privacy.
Besides these two rooms there is also the Africa Room, with
ensuite bathroom, which stands separately and is decorated with
African attributes.
"Kolonialhaus", the historical old farm house, was built out
of natural stone and in colonial style. In the carefully renovated
outbuildings there are 3 guest rooms, decorated in charming
colonial style with double bed, en-suite bathroom and they share a
beautiful garden with a large veranda.
Down at the river the Guestfarm offers two luxury safari tents,
as big as rooms and about 30m apart. You have the luxury of an
en-suite bathroom build out of natural stone. The tents have a
double bed and spacious terrace and are decorated in African style.
The safari tents are ideal if you want to be close to nature and
don't want miss the comfort of a good bed and proper bathroom.
For campers the Guestfarm offers a small campsite of 4 to 5
places. The area is located just below the palm trees and has
separated showers and toilets for ladies and gents. The campsite is
fenced and you can do self-catering or enjoy breakfast and 3-course
dinner (incl. coffee/tea) at the main house.
Very exciting is Rhino tracking by foot. The lodge offers a mountain
drive in the morning (included if you book two nights). Here, in
spectacular mountain scenery, you might see the Hartmann Mountain
zebra which is endemic to Namibia. Why don’t you go for a walk on
our well marked walking trails, discover the surroundings or the
rich bird life or just relax at the pool or have an inviting swim in
the southern summer month.
Eningu
Clay-house Lodge
The uniquely styled clay buildings blend perfectly with the
russet-coloured Kalahari sands of their surroundings. Eningu

GocheGanas
"GOCHEGANAS" - a descriptive Damara name, meaning: "Place of Camel
Thorns, abounding with Candle-Pod Acacias" is more than just a
place, it is an experience….
Located a mere 29km south east from Windhoek, and situated on a
hilltop overlooking a spectacular landscape, this luxurious lodge
offers a unique combination of wildlife, nature and wellness
experiences.
Complimenting and enhancing the lodge, is the Wellness Village,
boasting state-of-the-art spa facilities. Facilities include eleven
treatment rooms with equipment such as a crystal bath, hydrotherapy

House
As its name suggests, Hilltop House is set atop a hill, and offers a
commanding view over Windhoek which is only 5 minutes drive away. It
is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area of town, and this guest
house has all the facilities you would expect from a larger hotel,

Hohewarte Guestfarm
Over a hundred years of tradition define the rustic buildings of the
charming guest farm Hohewarte. Previously a colonial police station
and post office, this accommodation with a historical twist makes
for a perfect choice for starting or ending your Namibian holiday.
The farm is located only 30 km from Hosea Kutako International
Airport and is situated in the midst of an idyllic landscape
dominated by African bush savannah, dry rivers, hills and mountain.
